Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. You can use LQID and decide whether it's right for you before you pay anything. If you don't subscribe, you're never charged.

You can cancel any time from Dashboard → Subscription → Manage billing. When you cancel:

• Your subscription stops renewing — you won't be charged again.
• You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Your data stays available during any active period, and you can export it any time.

Because every account includes a 30-day free trial to evaluate LQID before paying, we generally do not provide refunds for time already elapsed on a paid subscription:

• Monthly plans: cancel any time; you keep access to the end of the current month. We don't refund the current month.
• Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of an annual charge, contact us for a full refund of that charge. After 14 days, you keep access to the end of the paid year, but the remaining months are non-refundable.

We may make exceptions at our discretion (for example, an extended service outage). Refunds, where granted, are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or an incorrect amount — email us and we'll investigate and issue a full refund of any incorrect charge promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of LQID after a change means you accept the updated policy.
