● Accountant & bookkeeper access

Give your accountant or bookkeeper the books — not your password.

Invite your accountant or bookkeeper to a separate portal — read-only by default, with optional edit access you control. They review everything, propose (or make) recategorizations, and pull a clean year-end packet — without ever logging in as you.

Estimates only · verify with your accountant.

Your data is always yours

Export everything anytime, in formats any accountant, bookkeeper, or other software can read. No lock-in — stored in Canada.

Mapped to the T2125

Accounts line up with the Canadian self-employed tax form, so your accountant or bookkeeper picks up right where you left off.

Estimates, clearly labelled

Tax set-asides are estimates — your accountant reviews and you both verify before filing.

FAQ

Common questions

Does my accountant or bookkeeper need their own LQID account?

They get a secure invite to their own portal — no shared logins, and no extra cost to you.

Can they change my numbers?

Only if you let them — you choose the access level. Read / Suggest (the default): they propose category changes and you approve before anything changes — nothing changes without you. Read / Edit: they can re-categorize expenses directly, and every change is logged in your audit trail. You can change or revoke access any time.

What can they see?

Your books, financial statements, and year-end packet — everything they need to file.

Can I revoke access?

Yes — remove an accountant's or bookkeeper's access at any time.
